All girls K- 6th grade from North Side Elementary School and their dads are invited to a dance held at the North Side Gym. The theme is “A Seussical Night” to celebrate a fun Dr. Seuss-style night. It will be a great time with music, dancing, snacks, and a chance to get your picture taken.

The cost of the dance is $5 for Daddy and Daughter. If you are a family with more than one daughter, it is just an additional $1 per daughter. The maximum family cost is $7. If you plan to attend, please return the form that was sent home to your teacher or the North Side office with your money by Wednesday, April 10th.

Champion Challenge Week

Champion-Challenge-Week-Flyer-800x450
It's NorthSide's Champion Challenge Week! Third-grade students are bringing home a piggy bank for the week to collect money for their 529 college savings plan. Randolph County Promise will match the amount each student collects. If they collect $25, Randolph County Promise will donate $75 to their account!

Third-grade students should:
  • Find people who want to encourage and support you in your education. This could be your grandparents, teachers, pastors, doctors, friends, etc. Please do not go door to door!
  • Place any money your Champions give you in your piggy bank.
  • If you can finish collecting $25 during our Champion Week, RC Promise will give you an additional $75 in your account, otherwise, they will match dollar for dollar what you have collected.
  • Please have donors who want to write a check and/or would like a receipt make the checks out to Community Foundation of Randolph County and put on the memo line: child’s name-Promise
  • If money has already been put into your account since December 1, 2018, the donor needs to produce the canceled check or receipt and put it in the piggy bank for a receipt from CFRC.
  • Return your piggy bank and money on or before April 8 so that the money can be counted and turned in. Your piggy bank will be returned to you with a receipt in it from the Community Foundation.
